Inspired by Ancient Resilience

Our Glyptodon Domes draw their name and ethos from the ancient glyptodon, a remarkable armadillo that roamed the Pliocene landscape 3.2 million years ago.

This plucky herbivore inspires us to create structures known for their exceptional durability and resilience, designed to withstand the elements much like its prehistoric namesake.

The Problem Is Urgent

Housing and construction costs are at historic highs, skilled labor is constrained, and North America is more fire‑and‑emergency‑prone than ever. Add to that, we're in the middle of an affordable housing crisis.

The market needs faster, more durable, more affordable structures.

Our solution: a proprietary, patent-pending dome shell system built for speed, durability, and comfort—without the cost and timeline of conventional construction. The shell system uses steel‑clad foam sandwich panels to reduce complexity and trades required, while delivering a year‑round, R30 envelope. They can also be mounted on platforms.

Who We're Looking For

We're actively building a partner network in the US and beyond. We're selecting a small group of launch partners for pilot placements, collaborations, investment opportunities and more.

Glamping / Hospitality Partners

Operators, consultants, retreat owners, "glamping queen" builders → Help place pilot domes, co‑market, and collaborate on design packages for flagship stays.

Investors + Strategic Manufacturers

Support scaling production, supply chain, and working capital for inventory.

Builders / Installers / Platform & Deck Contractors

Install shells, build decks & platforms, and optionally manage finish‑outs.

Real Estate + Land Partners

Agents, land brokers, acreage owners → Identify suitable parcels and development opportunities.

Affordable Housing, Gov't & Emergency-Response Connectors

Explore pilots and requirements (certification/permitting pathways vary by jurisdiction).

Current Stage & What's Next

Our prototype build is next—this becomes our photo/video case study, install timeline, and partner training asset. In parallel, we're validating jurisdiction-specific permitting paths (rules vary for <200 sq ft accessory structures vs habitable occupancy).
